What we repair
Neo Tech LLC provides bench and in-vehicle service for Tesla MCU hardware failures and related electronic module programming when required to restore proper operation.
- MCU hardware diagnosis and repair (power, storage, display interface, connectivity)
- Module programming and configuration for repaired or replaced units
- In-vehicle verification when coding must be completed on the host vehicle
- Support for independent shops submitting authorized customer vehicles
Proof of ownership required
We do not perform MCU repair, module programming, key-related work, or secure manufacturer data access without verifying that the requestor is the vehicle owner or an authorized agent of the owner.
This policy protects owners, aligns with industry security expectations (including NASTF Secure Data Release Model practices), and ensures manufacturer diagnostic access is used only for legitimate repairs.
Documents we accept
- Current vehicle registration matching the VIN
- Title / certificate of title (or state equivalent)
- Bill of sale plus government-issued photo ID when title transfer is in process
- Insurance declaration page listing the VIN and named insured (supplemental)
- Written authorization from the registered owner when a shop or agent submits the work
Information we record for every job
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Customer / owner name and contact information
- Copy or photo of ownership / authorization documents
- Description of work requested and modules involved
- Date of service and technician notes
What we will not do
- Program or unlock modules for vehicles with unverified ownership
- Bypass immobilizer / security systems for customers who cannot prove authority
- Provide secure manufacturer data access outside a documented repair job
- Accept salvage or “no paperwork” modules for secure programming without a clear ownership chain
How service works
- Contact us with the VIN, MCU / module symptoms, and whether the unit is in the vehicle or removed for bench repair.
- Submit proof of ownership (or shop authorization letter) before programming or secure procedures begin.
- Receive a written estimate covering diagnosis, repair, and any programming required.
- Authorize the work — we proceed only after you approve the estimate.
- Repair, program, and verify — then return the module or vehicle with a service summary.
